Procurement Related Activity:

New Buy activity based on weekly MRP which directly relies on Customer Forecast driven by Program Management

Responsible for Order Placement, Supply / Demand management, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance.

Responsible for Supplier search, assessment, RFI/RFQ release, Negotiation, Commercial agreement and Business award to respective selected supplier.

Maintaining on Time Delivery (OTD) for all Purchase Orders to keep measure on Early Shipments and Late deliveries.

Working on POAN on weekly basis to meet targets that impacts KPI & KOI directly.

Closing Challenge Inventories, Accounts Challenges, arranging disposition for IQA reject materials.

Ensuring to close RTV’s and arranging Component Shipment on time (includes Excess Inventory selling)

Minimizing PPV and ensure less number of Spot Buy made by buyer.

Managing Days of Supply and probing on Aging Inventory which has not got demand.

Supply Chain Management:

Vendor Management, to get Quarterly price revision and Lead Time Changes and involving Material support to get them acknowledged in system.

Checking with Vendor’s for SOA for their outstanding Invoices and to solve their challenge on them with Accounts Payables and ensure supplier payment is done on time.

Working with Component Engineers to get clarified on Alternate Manufacturer suggestions, MPN related issues, packing discrepancies, orientation issues in Physical incoming material.

Dealing with Logistics Team on Customs Clearance and choosing forwarder based on Vendor Shipment information. In special cases raising Premium Freight Authorization to dock cargo earlier by changing regular shipment method.

Coordinate with W/H team for GRN Creation and Challenge Inventory Closure.

Managing latest Revision in Agile so that visible for IQA to buy off by matching latest drawing with Incoming material.

Working for One time Buy approval, maintaining Vendors & Manufacturers in system, PPV approvals, additional costs incurred in shipments getting Customer Deviations for special cases will be involved with CSCM & SSCM.

ACHIEVEMENTS
