Established an internal process for grant and federal contract accounting. This process included working with the senior staff to set up a comprehensive project based system.

Presented at national investor forums, compiled and approved analysis financial models, managed and spoke at all investor quarterly conference calls met with and spoke to investors on a daily basis. M&A / Corporate Development, responsible for acquisitions and organic growth strategies. Successfully acquired and integrated seven entities at different developmental stages.
Successfully managed and implemented one of the most successful Initial Public Offerings of 1999 which rose over $45 million dollars lead by Morgan Stanley. Responsibilities included lead coordinator of all corporate presentations, due diligence materials, organization meeting with bankers and analysis, financial models, key financial matrix proposed valuation, negotiations with bankers on structure of offering, lead person in drafting sessions with legal and bankers and ultimately responsible for completing S1 registration offering. Presented the company’s key financial matrixes and models over 90 times in a two-week road show to senior money managers and analysts from financial institutions around the country.
