In-charged on handling principal brands: KEDS (United State), SPERRY (United State)

& OSIM (Singapore) for all renovation, store planning and new store opening projects in Indonesia.

Ensure standard requirements are clearly communicated, executed upon brand principal, mall management and Metrox Group to established agreement for all projects assigned. Manage design teams to development 3D design solutions. Prepare construction drawings based on approved 3D design by brand principal and mall management.

Process project time frames, schedule and budget.

Manage BOQ and bidding process.

Developing project plan by working with contractors team, suppliers team, store operation team, visual merchandiser team, and more to execute on site. Monitor day-to-day activities work of contractors on site and ensure work is progressing as planned (while maintaining focus on time, cost and quality). Foresee or identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions for any issues that arise.

Provide construction guidelines, fit out manual, relevant document as clear guidelines for tenant’s design.

Evaluation all drawing submissions . Review and comment tenant’s concept design submissions for their outlets, until it meets Metro’s standard. Issue the approval or declination process of tenant’s design submittals. Conduct kick off meetings and follow up meetings with tenant team, merchandise team, facilities team and store operation team, to manage and facilitate a smooth transition and execution of fit out works.

Issue work permit for contractors work on site.

Monitor site works project and regular checking of contractor work to ensure a quality shop is delivered.

Follow up tenant and contractor if there are delays or any kind of defect on site. Ensure all fit out work area performed strictly in accordance with fit out schedule and approved drawing.

Conduct a final inspection on complete fit out works before allowing tenant to operate their business schedule.
