To control the process parameters and operations of SMR-Hydrogen generation plant through DCS operation in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure and safety norms to achieve the production target by ensuring the smoothness of daily operations. Responsible for preparation of daily production report of plant & maintaining respective logbooks of process.

Participates in routine activities of plant operations including start up and turn around activities, efficiency improvements, and troubleshooting, best practices.

Respond to plant upsets, Emergencies and make corresponding process moves as required. Provide support for Root cause analysis program and completion of actions by team members.

Safe preparation of equipment for maintenance, enforcing the safety rule in area, and ensuring housekeeping and clean-up, and instructed to plant operators, technical and other groups working in area, during normal plant activities as well as shut-down activities.

(3) Worked with GAIL (India) ltd, Pata as trainee Engineer on contract basis from june’14 to October’14 in GCU plant.
