Recruited to launch a new facility, 365,000 sq ft, 700 employees, servicing the FCA Belvidere assembly plant The plant produces instrument panels, floor consoles, door panels and other small assemblies for the IP line. The operation includes injection molding, with presses ranging from 720 to 3000 tons, vacuum forming for the door panels, assembly and JIT delivery

Launched a new facility in Janesville, WI with under performing products from two other MPC plants . The plant is producing thermoplastic assemblies for power train and emission applications in the automotive industry.

Executed all stages of the move on time and without any quality or delivery issues to customers. Obtained TS16949 certification after the first year of operation. Increased sales from $29M in 2013 to

$75M in 2017, while maintaining the same indirect and factory support staff. Since launch, increased efficiency by more than 40% and productivity by more than 20%,( combined savings of more than$ 3K per year), by implementing lean manufacturing processes and executing Kaizen and Six Sigma projects.

In charge of 12 direct and more than 200 indirect reports. Actively involved in process improvements, developing of error proofing systems and enforcing operating instructions, resulting in a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 in November 2002, compared to 1 out of 5 in December 2001.

Led cross-functional teams for process improvements, tooling/project management, modified work program, resulting in the financial performance of the company to improve from a six figure monthly loss, to a small profit in October 2002.
