Roles and Responsibilities undertaken:
To be the overall in-charge of all aspects relating to quality from the beginning of the Project till the
final handing over stage to the customer, ensuring the 100% quality of the activity.
To have each copy of WO and PO in order to understand the scope of work and material
specifications.
Accountable for conformity to the GFC drawings in all activities.
Preparation of snag list on day to day basis, if any occurring and circulating the same to concerned
contractors & engineers. Correction and Corrective Action for such snags identified taken to be
ensured. Work in Progress Quality Audit to be in line with the already circulated Snag List.
Be accountable & responsible for the quality of all raw materials received at the site as per the
specified standards set by the PO/ Management. All materials reaching the site as part of product
needs to be verified for its shelf life, expiry date and using methodology, and ensuring the
compliance to the working methodology in order to fetch the required result.
Obtaining the customization details and ensuring the incorporation in process itself.
Monitoring and up keeping of records on customization .
To closely work with the Project Manager & Purchase Department in ensuring receipt of sample
material before delivery of the order placed so that consistency of quality can be checked while at the
time of delivery (sample v/s actual delivery) Applicable wherever necessary.
Maintain the records, which is relating to quality of materials that are procured having deviation and
prevent usage of the same for the project.
Close monitoring on the curing activities.
Conduct quality audit from time to time all the Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, Mechanical &
other works that are executed in the Project and maintain the record.
Act as an important stake holder in conducting Quality Meeting every week with Site team & if
required with PM & Contractors.
To be accountable & responsible for maintenance of all records pertaining to quality aspects.
Record Keeping To maintain records on the following areas, which can be inspected by the
Management and Customers who visit the site
Quality Audits done at the time of receipt of Raw Materials from the Vendors / Suppliers
Quality Audits done at the Work in Progress Stages of the Project relating to Civil, Electrical,
Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary, Painting, Interior, etc.
Customization requested and its compliance report and correspondence if any.
Quality Meetings conducted every week at the site along with a brief agenda & details of
participants for every meeting
Any deviations approved by the Project Manager or such competent authority from the
Quality norms set by the management relating to various areas of the Project.
To assist Manager, Customer Care Pre & Post Handing Over, while handing over the Flat /
villa/row house to the customer
To obtain & keep a record of all Test Certificates & Calibration Certificates for all Materials,
Installations & Machinery / Equipments used in the Project. Calibration Certificate to be obtained for
all testing gauges.
Weekly reports to HO as required and guided.
