I am a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning. The degree focused heavily in the areas of Human Resources, Training and Development, Conflict Resolution, Project Management, Needs Assessment, Employee Relations and Instructional technology, to name a few.

I returned to college after several years and I have the maturity and drive to succeed in the field related to my degree. I am looking to begin with a company that I can stay with indefinitely. I am eager to learn everything that I can and advance with your company wherever possible.

As you will find in my resume, I have past employment experience that relates to my degree, but I am also willing and excited to learn everything I can about the position and use that knowledge to further my career and ultimately benefit the company.
