Microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products for presence of pathogens like E coli, Staphylococcus,Salmonella, Bacillus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Listeria Spp, E coli O157 & Clostridium.

Campylobacter detection by RT PCR technique.

Enumeration and estimation of TPC, Coliforms, Enterobacteriaceae and Yeast and Mould from various food and water samples.

Detection and enumeration of fecal Coliforms and other pathogens including Pseudomonas,Fecal streptococci and Legionella by using membrane filtration and MPN methods from different sources ( water,waste water and other environmental samples).

Performing all microbiological tests, machine swab analysis, worker’s hand swab analysis and air quality checking.

Implementation and maintaining of Quality according to ISO 17025 standards and their related documents.

Shelf life study and analysis of various food products.

Environment monitoring of food processing area to access the bacterial load.
