Business Experience 07/2011 to Current

ATT Fit Executive Director: Non Profit and successful director from the beginning. I created a successful localized national business that focused on nutrition, education, fitness, and literacy. I managed a team of 3 staff members with several volunteers. We developed and implemented a proved curriculum that benefits children between 2 and 12 years of age. This program has successfully reached 13,500 students within Western North Carolina.

CCC Information Systems 10/1997 to 08/2003 Senior Account Consultant / Trainer: Assists in developing the Workflow portfolio vision and future product roadmap and presented solutions to business partners to solicit feedback and gain insights to current business challenges. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for development team and manages changes to such specifications. Analyzes business partner’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate and optimize processes and functions. HSE Specialist Lead Teacher

High School Equivalent Lead Teacher act as a liaison between the students and the college addressing problems and answering questions regarding the student’s academic plan. I create a stimulating environment for the student by conducting developmentally appropriate activities through a collaborative approach with the assistance, teachers, and curriculum specialists. Interacted with and provide guidance to all students in the teaching environment and outside through coaching and tutoring.

Psychology Instructor designed and implemented general and abnormal psychology instruction to facilitate learning. Building a foundation of skills that will later emphasize a well-rounded student. Planed, instructed, and graded curriculum that was engaging to provide students with a broad knowledge of the subject.

Rugby Middle School Designed and adapted curriculum to meet the needs of students with varied ability levels and learning styles. I provided instruction and resource support for students with autism and other disabilities. I tutored individual students during and after school.
