Abundant differentially expressed genes retrieve from NGS data
Analysis of NGS data by GO annotation, panther, DAVID, GATHER, Webgestalt software for pathway analysis and string and cytoscape software for network analysis.
Validation of the upregulated (5 genes) and downregulated (5 genes) genes in ter. LPS condition by qRT – PCR
Selection of significant gene – IDO1 and inhibit using different isoform of inhibitor standardize the protocol, measure the tryptophan level by HPLC
