Month by month my team MSR's also topped at their respective HQ's in their product wise sales and was recognized for same.

3. Increased productivity by 30 for M/S Symcox research labs.

Streamlined all the operations related to field including revenue generation, sales & team management and brought the profitability up to the mark of management expectation.

4. Launched Meyer with a success s story.0-3.50L.

Till July 16 I had been associated with Paras hospitals with their Panchkula unit and currently my assignment is with IVY group of hospital since August 16 as Dy.Manager Sales and Marketing( Unit sales head).

My Duties- Marketing, Branding, Recruitment of Doctors and staff with promotion and sales activities.

*To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy for hospital brand.

* To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof – reading etc.

*To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program, and Life – Style Management Program Etc. To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
