Managed the implementation, integration and application of policies and programs as they relate to all areas of human resources. Provided guidance and counseling to management and employees relative to human resource issues for entire Hospital with 250 employees on staff.

Major Accomplishments:

Successfully brought Hospital compliant with Title 22 and Joint Commission regulations within 3 months of hire date. Human resources had zero deficiencies on all Joint Commission and CMS visits.

Within 2 months of arrival brought hospital up to date with reviews and implemented processes to ensure going forward they were administered on or before employee’s anniversary date. Remained 100% compliant during my tenure.

Responsible for successful implementation of new HRIS systems to include Success Factors Performance Management, ADP HR Benefits System, ADP PayXpert System, ADP eTime System, ADP Employee Self Service Portal and Healthstreams Compliance System. Implementation time from start to finish was four months.

Successfully, lead and resolved all employee relations concerns and investigations.

Implemented and Chair of Safety Committee, reduced employee reportable injuries by 30% from 2009 to 2010.
