Responsible for all accounts receivable activities and insurance coverage to clients to ensure good payment process and low percentage of risk. In addition to other daily operation duties. Responsibilities include

• Credit control to more than 1,000 active local clients, regarding their dues.

• Credit control for all clients in Jordan, Iraq and Syria.

• Credit application reviews and processing and investigating applicants' references

• Gathering credit information for all new clients.

• Balance Confirmations for top clients and follow up on reconciliations

• Update the blacklisted clients on daily basis, recording detailed customers' issues and taking immediate actions to continous delayed customers (as per the credit policy)

• Researches discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process, issue and post credits/debits to customer accounts as necessary.

• Researche and respond to all accounts receivable inquiries in a prompt manner.

• Review the aging report on daily basis, taking necessary actions for overdue accounts.

• Follow up all legal lawsuits with the legal manager and communicate new updates with top management

• Rating analysis to all customers to evaluate our risk exposure in the market
