Employment Experience:

September 2014 to July 2017: Live-in caregiver for private home, Lake City, FL. Full-time single person caregiver in private home for Alzheimer and dementia patient, post stroke. Duties included complete caregiving (bathing, dressing, hygiene, etc), along with all aspects of home care, such as cleaning, cooking, etc. Also responsible for overseeing medication dosage and reconciliation.

July 2000 to December 2014: Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital, Westerville, OH. Staff radiographer with rotations in ED, diagnostic, surgery and outpatient. 10+ year rotation at night in a trauma/ED setting.

September 1998 to July 2000: Whitehall Family Health, Columbus, OH. Staff radiographer, lab manager, and staff phlebotomist. Responsibilities included collection and sending of specimens, backup for medical assistants, and triage for doctors. Trained in all aspects of MA duties except EKG reads.

October 1997 to September 1998: United Medical Corporation, Columbus, OH. Staff radiographer with some medical assisting duties and call-in for scripts. (Company now defunct.)

Employment background prior to radiology training was in customer service areas; mostly medical fields.
