Deployment of Small Cell in Northwest Indiana and Chicago of Samsung’s first Pico small cell and had direct responsibility from Indianapolis North into Chicago of 234 sites and about 1,024 in both markets of small cell managing the application approval process with operations and leasing terms.

Coordinate and manage all aspects of external subcontractors and internal staff to maintain small cell upgrades.

Overseen 250 new builds of what they called the Horizon Project and my whole region of 7 States I had then my boss left for US Cellular and I was giving his 6 States which left me with 13 States but I was over the 250 new builds still from the west side of Indiana to the east side of Indiana over into Ohio and Illinois of what they called the Alamosa Sprint Project in Illinois.

Responsible for 150 three man crews down in Fort-Wayne Indiana and I was over the office area lay down yard and the 10 Million Dollar generator transfer switch upgrade given to me as well. T

Accomplishments include:

Managed the Sprint 250 tower anchor tenant roll out in 2000 in my market, overseeing the 150 contractors we had, coordinating all details with SBA Managers thru the completion of the project. Currently manage 320 towers in my region.

Manage all our outside vendors working on lighting equipment on all SBA tower sites in my Market and getting all vendors Com Trained certified and TWR, Flash and Honeywell certified.

Responsible for deployment of contractors for trouble tickets including bidding of all big construction modifications in my market AWS, LTE, and UMTS upgrades.

Developed market level relationships with vendors for completion of outdoor rated telephone cables underground and aerial cables and fiber, antenna mounting along with TMA’s, ODU’s, RRUs, Amps, coax and associated mounts and boxes and trouble shooting and setting up and tuning and configuring Gen-band C20 for switching infrastructure with a titan platform with higher platform and the largest of any kind up to date technology.

Oversee the storage and distribution of between $20 and $25 million dollars of fiber optic cable reels and every cable part known for AT&T which is now Comcast cable and hardware to be utilized for every upgrade of cable communication piece of equipment throughout Northwest Indiana, the Chicago land area and areas of the upper portion of Michigan. Assured proper storage and retrieval of high-end fiber optics utilized for the Internet and local cable systems.

Ran Surface analyzer to check the surface cleanliness of finished manufactured steel products. Prepared reports of findings and forwarded reports to area manager. Checked 5Stand, 6 Stand, E.G.L, Hot Dip Galvanize, Temper Mill, Roll Shops and 2 Stand solutions for quality. Checked all incoming oils, chemical products and products prior to transfer to several different mills.
