April 2016 to October 2016 – STATION CASINOS, LLC – Las Vegas, Nevada - Senior IT Project Manager – IT PMO, C2C Contractor – Locum Integration, LLC.

As the lead Senior IT Project Manager for the Graton Resort, Graton Phase 2 Hotel project, I ran the implementation of all the IT and Low Voltage systems for the construction of the $150 million dollar, 200 room hotel located in Rohnert Park California, 45 miles north of San Francisco. The Graton project was a turn-key, from the ground up, build of a full-service hotel, and included all of the typical “Hotel in a Box” systems and components required to run such a facility. The Hotel included a full Spa, utilizing the Spa-Soft POS system, as well as two gift shops running the Retail Pro, Point of Sale application. I drafted and developed the Scope of Work, Schedule and Budget for the $2.488M I.T. portion of the project, which included over 30 different sub-systems and applications.

Successfully deployed a “turn-key” IT and POS system for a brand new hotel at the Graton Casino property, an Indian Gaming complex in northern California.

Deployed a state-of-the-art hotel network across nine new IDF’s and one existing IDF and Cold Room using CISCO and Juniper equipment. Home run Star Configuration fiber optic cable feeds back the the MDF (Cold Room).

Infrastructure equipment included Dell PC’s, Toshiba and Epson printers, BlackBox Phones and a Percepia/Parallax Voicemail and Call Accounting System.

Hotel utilized LMS/CMS via Agilysys and ran Infogenesis Terminals for POS, E232 boxes for connectivity to LMS for existing restaurants and incorporated a Freedom Pay Credit Card processing system and Ingencio 250, 350 and 480i machines, property-wide.

LMS Applications included: GeM, OPTIO, DMS, ResNet, New Look, etc., amongst others.

I deployed approximately 350 BlackBox phones, for both the hotel rooms and BOH operations, as well as an E911 call reporting device on the property.

Security systems deployed included an OMNI/Galaxy fingerprint reader system for FOH and BOH employee access, as well as a SafLok card system for hotel rooms and suites.

BarTech was deployed over a MESH type network for In-Room snacks and drinks, while Hospitality Network provided the In-Room Entertainment line-up as well as the WiFi.

Careful planning and efficient design allowed the Hotel IT Project to be brought in under budget by $300K and delivered on-time.

July 2014 – February 2016 – CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT GROUP – Las Vegas, Nevada - Senior IT Project Manager – IT PMO, W2 Contractor – CenterGrid, Inc. / Ascendum Incorporated.

As part of the Caesars Entertainment Group’s effort to improve the overall guest experience on all 38 properties across the country, I functioned as the Senior IT Project Manager, in rolling out the $128 million Pervasive WiFi initiative completed February 2016. The scope of the project involved deploying some 47,000 Access Points across all the properties, utilizing the new state-of-the-art Motorola 7532 AP devices, never before deployed on U.S. soil. I was given six (6) of the large Caesars properties to manage, including the flagship property, Caesars Palace, as well as Planet Hollywood. Within a multi-tiered vendor environment, I Project Managed Cox Communications, who provided the pipe, Bandwidth and SLA; Motorola, who provided all the WiFi AP devices; and Velociti and G&G Electric, who performed the majority of my installations and implementation. This included the High Rise (Guest Room) and Low Rise (Casino Floor) Front of House deployments, as well as Back of House AP support and installation. The new system featured a proprietary Geo-Location system which allowed for tracking of guests location to within 3 meters (9ft) of accuracy. This WiFi deployment provided the resort guest with a better WiFi user experience and faster connectivity, in some cases, up to 50 megabytes per second. The system integrated with the Caesars Total Rewards Program and thus marketed and promoted the offering accordingly. I was also Project Managing the $14.5 million dollar SONIFI In-Room entertainment project initiative, which included overseeing seven Casino Resorts for Caesars entertainment and provided for a state-of-the-art television experience via Direct-TV as well as on-screen ordering for Concierge and Food Services. I was personally responsible for Project Managing the IT implementation on seven of their largest Casino Resorts.

Successfully managing the deployment of some 8400+ state-of-the-art Access Point (AP) devices across my portfolio of properties.

Finished the Planet Hollywood Low Rise Deployment of some 352 AP devices a week earlier than scheduled, on time and on budget, with no impact to customers or guests of the resort.

Completed the Caesars High Rise and Caesars High Roller / VIP Guest Villas and Penthouses on time and on budget, with no impact to customers or guests.

Currently 2 weeks early and ahead of schedule on the Caesar Low Rise Casino Floor AP deployment (654 AP’s). (At time of deployment).

Worked closely with property Facilities Departments and Paint Shops to get the Aesthetics of the installations perfect with the Décor.

I’m running the SONIFI In-room entertainment Project at four of Caesars Largest Vegas properties, including Caesars Palace, Paris LV, Planet Hollywood and Ballys LV, plus 3 Casino resorts in the Mid-West

Deploying some 2884 new LG Televisions at Caesars Palace as part of the SONIFI In-Room Initiative.

Worked closely with Vendors and Subcontractors alike to upgrade both Power and Cooling (HVAC) in MDF’s and IDF’s requiring upgrades before system deployment.

Managing and working with Vendors such as Motorola, Cox Communications, Velociti, G&G Electric, Bombard Electric and Quality Mechanical, to name a few. Interacting and managing their Project Managers, providing timely updates and Scheduling to Caesars Program Managers and Senior Management throughout the timeline of the project.

Wrote and put together the Project Plan for Low Rise AP Deployment going forward.

Reviewing Scopes of Work, Drawings, AP Heat Maps and Coverage Maps, quotes for additional work and issuing PO’s as needed. MS Project, Sharepoint, Clarity, Excel, Powerpoint.

January 2014 – July 2014 – AT&T Wireless Mobility - Construction and Engineering (Systems Integration Program Manager – W2/C2C – Consultant – Rose International & Locum Integration, LLC)

As part of AT&T’s effort to increase capacity and Carrier Bandwidth and Coverage, I function as the Senior Integration Program Manager for AT&T’s Wireless Mobility roll-out of new Cell Sites and Towers across Las Vegas, part of a greater New Site build program across Las Vegas, San Diego and Hawaii. I currently manage a portfolio of 23 Projects, of which I’m responsible for Systems Integration and turn-up using Alcatel Lucent as my Systems Integration partner contractor. Deployment on the NSB’s include not only UMTS Carrier Service across 1C, 2C, 3C and 4C but LTE 1C and 2C Build-Outs as well across both the 850MHz and the 1900MHz Spectrum. Once Site Acquisition has been completed and Construction has reached a state of “Room Ready” I manage the placement of Carrier Transport (Back-Haul) for AT&T Wireless Mobility, and Manage the Integration and Optimization of the Site, E911 Testing, Drive Testing and Turn-Up and placement into Operation.

Managing the Integration and Implementation of Cellular Tower and Facility New Site builds from Room Ready Status through Systems Integration and Optimization to End User Beneficial Use.

Managing the roll-out and Implementation of the latest LTE 1C and 2C Carrier Technology concurrent with UTMS roll-outs and Systems Deployment.

March 2012 – August 2013 – PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY – SAN FRANCISCO – San Francisco, CA. (Senior IT Project Manager – W2 - Consultant)

I functioned as a Senior IT Project Manager for PG&E’s statewide SCADA Initiative and MRTU Program under their Transmission and Distribution IT Department. I managed 28 Electrical Substation, Co-Generation (COGEN), Gas/Hydro plants as well as CRE facilities projects, while implementing their IT requirements. To provide SCADA and “Transfer Trip” Monitoring, which will allow PG&E to “Load Balance” the state’s power needs, I’m am implementing Network Connectivity, via 4-Wire Lease Line, T-1 Lease, Point to Point Radio, VSAT (Very Small Aperture Satellite) and Microwave technology, to allow for remote monitoring via PG&E’s extensive ODN (Operations Data Network) and UDN (Utilities Data Network). My Corporate Real Estate Projects (CRE) Projects included CSO’s, Command Centers, High Definition Video, Customer Kiosks and Terminals, Telephony and Customer Facing Applications, using IVR, VoIP, Touch Screen, Language Translation, etc.

Managing the implementation of SCADA Communications technology as it pertains to PG&E’s extensive data network. Managing the construction of those sites IT connectivity needs, including installation of HVP (High Voltage Protection) equipment out to the 300 Volt point per each stations GPR (Ground Potential Rise) profile. I review and manage all of each Sub-Stations Protection and Automation requirements. Implementation of NERC Projects and requirements.

Developing and implementing alternative forms of IT connectivity as the major carriers get out of the Lease Line business, including implementation of VSAT, MRT Radio and Point to Point Microwave Technology (both licensed and unlicensed). Implementation of WiFi systems for Command Centers, Back Up Command Centers and Operating Theaters.

During my tenure, I was able to complete 28 projects on time and on budget, including three high profile Sub-Stations and a Mission Critical Back Up Command Center for Energy Procurement. All of my Substations were brought online and made online and operational with full SCADA remote monitoring, allowing PG&E to meet both new customers as well as growing customer demand across the state of California.


During this time I worked under my own LLC:, providing engineering Services, Design Review and Project Management. (I hold a CA State Contractor’s License, C-7). I did two small Data Center Build-outs, FO Cable / CAT6, with raised floors, racks and power distribution units.

Mar. 2006 – Sept. 2011 – METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY – NEW YORK CITY – New York, NY. (IT Project Manager / Deputy Design Manager, Communications/RF – W2 - Consultant)

I functioned as a Project Manager and Deputy Design Manager for the Transit Authorities Capital Program Management ($8B Annual Budget), Communications and Signals Division. Working closely with the Design Manager, Construction Manager and Program Manager, I provided design engineering expertise, technology research, solution provisioning, RFP/RFI preparation and project management for

communications technology and DHS funded projects ranging from $2M - $400M in size. (My “hands-on” project portfolio exceeded $550M). Functions included RF, Wireless, SCADA, MCAS, etc:

Designed the technological functional requirements and parameters with senior engineers, drafted and authored the consultant and RFP scope(s) for up to twenty-six different projects, including a city-wide $300M 800MHz TDMA project (25 Transmitter towers), as well as a $200M VHF (115 BSR’s) simulcast radio system. “Hands-On” project management throughout the design, contractor/consultant management, piloting and construction phase(s) of the program.

Designed the technological functional requirements and scope of work with senior engineers, drafted and authored the consultant and RFP scope(s) for the underground $200M VHF and 4.9GHz wireless radio (tablet) system project. Developed antenna testing procedures to determine the capacity of the underground Rapid Transit Operations (RTO) infrastructure going forward.

Developed technology solutions for NYC DHS security implementation programs, including solar powered CCTV projects, upwards of $35M. Some of these projects employ a mix of green technology, solar, wind, etc., while combining battery/UPS, 60GHz and 70GHz wireless technology and advanced CCTV technology, including night-vision and facial analytics / recognition. Saved MTA $15M+ by implementing a solar powered solution on a CCTV project.
