CURRENT ACHIEVEMENTS
1.Cost reduction on labor cost from an average of 0.23-0.24 peso per kgs of finished products handled to a 0.20-0.21 as of August 2017
2.Reduction of errors in the Logistics operation and at the same time reduction of customer complaint, mostly in the corporate account
3.Inventory variances reduction that has been acquired since the year 2015. Inventory adjustment has been made in the SAP DCCV, Blocked, and unrestricted inventory storage location through a continuous and rigid reconciliation process. This is with the assistance of the Accounting inventory group
4.Set up a new work rotation for the warehouse and Logistics operation for the new Camalig Plant which has been in full operation by the start of 2017
5.Ensure a continuous effective utilization of all available warehouses
6.Currently assigned as the PCO of the Camalig Plant

iv.Provide and monitor the sales output of each salesman per group per sku per area on a regular beasis with reference with their assigned quota
