Help Camp Manager Manage Procurement for provision supplies, estimated 60 days’ usage for food ingredients and housekeeping supplies.

Manage Meals Resident Babo Base Camp (Pilots & Flight Attendants, Travira Air Ground Handling Crews), for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner including Daily Coffee Break based on menu cycle given by F&B Specialist, make sure follow up HACCP procedure and maintain quality food services.

Training all Crews, practices and heads all Supervisors, Housekeeping, Laundry, Food Production, Maintenance and Sport & Recreation to do their jobs with fully responsible alongside with the Company House rules which will achieve good catering operation.

Take charge Supervisors and Receptionist for both application and control “vantage system” including Check-in and Check-out Personnel On Board (POB) update.

Maintain good relationship with Client (British Petroleum Indonesia) to meet their expectation based on contract.

Conduct for One Day Laundry Service for Residents at Camp, Babo Base Camp (average 300 - 400 Personnel On Board), Proper Laundry Chemical usage and make sure that Standard Operation follow up by Laundry Staffs .

Trainer for BP Logistics and Infrastructure Contractor’s Team. Tutoring soft skills Competency, Hard Skill/knowledge skill and QHSE Competency, ISO 14001(Environmental Management System) etc. Manage for Book Work Out for each training and present to Client for the Training Based Analysis and Impact Training for both Soft / knowledge skill and QHSE Competency.

Propose Papuan Development Program and Training Based Analysis to Client, in order to support efficiency in daily operations and empowering domestic workforce.

Support Turn Around Project PIC for the Food and Beverages at other site, Matoa Camp, Stinkool Camp, Shore Base Camp and Dormitory
