Work Experience

Previously employed as Mechanical Engineer in Unity Infra Projects Limited at Delhi (2009 - 2014).

Presently associated with J Kumar Infra Projects Limited as Sr. Mechanical Engineer in Mumbai from last three years (2014- till date) (handling team size of 50 members from mechanical department).

Firm grip on fluid mechanics, thermal engineering, thermodynamics and automotive system.

Broad understanding of various type of manufacturing process through casting, molding, forming, machining, joining etc.

Familiar with various types of lathe machine, drilling machine, milling machine, rolling machine, punching machine etc.

Broad understanding of controls valves, pump sets, turbines and compressors.

Basic knowledge of engine performance, testing, and understanding of the engine system, subsystem and failure modes.

Good exposure to common rail fuel injection system

Performing routine maintenance of engine, hydraulic system and transmission system and ensuring smooth functioning of equipments like trucks (tata, ashokleyland 2516,2518), excavator (Ex 210, Pc 200), diesel generator sets of 100 KVA to 500 KVA etc. by controlling quality control inspection.

Trouble shooting technical problems for equipment and conducting technical problem solving activities to identify root causes of critical equipment failures and recommended corrective action which prevented subsequent failures.
