4-KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

-Manage to work under surgeon’s supervision. Work well in a fast-paced environment, sense of urgency. Assist team members in selecting and preparing routine supplies, instruments and equipment for surgical procedures. Maintain and updates. Assist in visualization of the operating field. Prepare and position the patient for surgery. Prepping of surgical site.

-Provide aid in exposure, hemostasis and other technical function: retracting tissue, clamp, ligation and cutting tissue under the Surgeon’s directive, placement and suturing of surgical drains, assist in Laparoscopic procedure with camera and instruments, Closure all wound layers (fascia, subcutaneous and skin) and apply wound dressing to complete surgical procedures to carrying out a safe operation with optimal results. Perform work-related duties while maintaining patient care, safety and privacy.

-Assist the surgeon in a variety of major and minor surgical procedures: Trauma surgery, general surgery, Plastic surgery, Thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, orthopedic surgery either open or arthroscopic, Neurosurgery with back, neck and brain procedure, Laparoscopic. Prepare graft as directed by the Surgeon. OB-GYN surgery, assist with CPR of patient during cardiac arrest, ENT surgery, endoscopic procedure.

-Maintain an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology.

5-COMMUNICATION SKILL:

-Over 3 years of internet training and self-learning in CPR, emergency, Medical diagnosis and nature treatments.

-Possess strong physician/surgeon relationship skills and team mentality. Ability to build and maintain business relationship, retain and grow the business.

-Reliable transportation and willingness to work at multiple locations as needed. Ability to work flexible hours as scheduled including weekends and holidays. Be able to work as the training salary.

6-EXPERIENCE:

-Knowledge in Medical diagnosis, nature medicine in the treatments and recovery of diabetic, high cholesterol, poison, parasite diseases, virus infection, degeneration, skin diseases, cancer, etc…
