Cost savings projects.

●2008-2012 spent 900 a month on cardboard / trash removal. This process was stopped and found a cardboard buyer who provided us with a cardboard baler at no charge. They buy the bales at a lower rebate.

●Eliminated $10,800 year cost - Now we recycle and get a $400 a month rebate

●Negotiated rates of 20.02 per hour per employee to 13.09 for staffing needs

●Full container vs LCL from Germany. Due to damage and cost, I switched from LCL to full containers coming across the ocean. This has resulted in zero insurance claims/ zero damage / and a cost savings around 56,000 per year in freight cost alone

●Eliminated the use of paper in the warehouse for picking processes. Currently everything is being done on an IPAD and the cost savings is estimated at 960 year..
