The aim of the project was to detect any leakage current in any appliance by simply placing this device to the appliance. In case of any fault or leakage current it would provide an alarm sound and visual indication.

Single phase ac supply to three phase ac supply with induction motor and control of voltage using cycloconverter

Description

The aim of the project is to provide 3 phase power with the use of single phase lines in case of emergency or in rough terrain areas where providing 3 phase lines would be a problem. This would be able to provide power to drive single phase loads due to presence of neutral terminal as well as 3 phase loads by means of a cycloconverter.
