1) Planning & Design

Worked as assistant in planning and designing a Gas Turbine Tri-Generation Power Plant to fulfill energy requirement of all three units of Ittehad group Spinning, Weaving & processing.

Worked on feasibility of Combined Cycle Power Plant as an alternative option against the Cogeneration Power Plant.

Unit cost analysis for Cogeneration and Tri-Generation power plant

Electric Load analysis of Spinning, Weaving & Processing

Steam utilization analysis that include installed load, average consumption calculations against production in processing unit

Thermal energy analysis in form of Hot Air for processing unit

Worked on designing gas compressor for Taurus 60 gas turbine as per standards, obtaining quotations from European and Chinese brands.

2) Maintenance, Operations & Troubleshooting

Performed and supervise schedule/Un-schedule maintenance works of Waukesha LT 5794 engine generator

Supervised and assisted National Productivity Organization (NPO) in carrying out Ittehad Processing & Weaving energy audit.
