Maintain relations with legal firms on numerous issues, including Customs, Patent and alleged product deficiency actions.

Negotiate terms with A/R insurance providers on high risk accounts.

Review all contracts for sales to domestic and foreign customers.

Maintained a high 90% current A/R balance with a very low 2% over 60 day balance.

Installed comprehensive reporting structure for management review.
