Dinte Resources, Inc. (retained executive search firm)

Oversaw day-to-day office operations.

Handled and directed incoming calls; greeted guests; ensured the front office ran smoothly; and maintained office and kitchen supplies and office equipment).

Served as Executive Assistant to the CEO and the team.

Supported the delivery team in a deadline-driven environment; performed quality control on all major documentation sent to clients (e.g., proposals, project plans, candidate reports, reference reports, and ad hoc projects).

Maintained monthly billings report, search history, candidate history, and closeout files.

Navy Base Bremerton, WA – Emergency Room and Ambulatory Care Clinic; Navy Base San Diego, CA – Ambulatory Care Clinic; Army Base Fayetteville, NC – Ambulatory Care Clinic; Marine Base, Camp Lejeune, NC – Emergency Room and Ambulatory Care Clinic on base and an Ambulatory Care Clinic off base; Fairfax County’s 3 freestanding public health clinics located in Alexandria, VA, Reston, VA, and Bailey’s Cross Roads, VA.

Managed health, dental, life/AD&D, short- and long-term disability insurance, and 401k plans; maintained personnel records for 800+ geographically dispersed employees in both emergency rooms and ambulatory clinics; participated in start-up operations for new acquisitions; performed the annual EEO-1 and VETS-100 reporting; trained and supervised the Credentialing Specialist.

(a psychiatric facility, formerly National Medical)

All administrative functions required to support the CEO/Hospital Administrator; coordinated special projects requested by the National (Santa Monica, CA) and/or Regional (Washington, DC) corporate offices; was Recording Secretary for the Governing Board meetings; and compiled the weekly operations report prepared for the Regional Vice President.

Worked with the Marketing Director to prepare for and host the regional marketing meetings held at Springwood and assisted in the design of seasonal business and operational plans.

Assisted in the re-design of a standardized format for hospital departmental policy and procedure manuals (originally, each department had a different format for their manuals). New design implemented by senior management.
