Ensure compliance with Company, Investor, and Agency policies and procedures. Prepare /Approve Closing Disclosures for various Lenders loans to determine conditions that must be met prior to closing.

Review all files for compliance and accuracy Verify usage of correct Mortgage and Note. Check completed loan documents for quality control and follow-up.

Ensure closing file compliance with internal requirements and documentation with specific investor requirements.

Review loan conditions to ensure the loan is ready to close. Ensure all prior to funding conditions are met, ensuring accuracy as the primary objective. Create closing package and ensure that the Client’s customer loan or settlement fees are within tolerance and meet Client compliance

Confirm that the settlement funds have been disbursed timely and that the closing took place as per the stipulated timelines. Develop and send mortgage documents to record. Check closed loans by familiarizing with loan transactions. Act as a Liaison between Processors, Underwriters, and Settlement Agents. Send completed title docs to Clients with all applicable information to ensure a smooth closing

Review of Deeds; Surveys (If Applicable); POA; Corporate Docs, QCD etc. to identify any issues which may delay closing. Balance/ Calculate and approve wire amounts.

Assist in resolving Post-Closing deficiencies
