Project consisted of a $6 million expansion to the industrial kitchen facilities from the foundations through kitchen equipment connections, with detailed plumbing requirements as well as significant ventilation coordination efforts.

Responsible for the quality assurance and safety inspection, scheduling, and coordination of all subcontractors during the project. The $12.5 million project included the demolition of existing and creation of a new mechanical room, including new chillers, three new SCIF areas, and new restrooms within an existing and occupied facility. The project also included the installation of a new FM200 fire suppression system and a Vesda smoke detection system.

Housing Improvements and Development - York, PA (2004-2006) Project Superintendent/Owner

Developed and executed all renovation plans and coordinated all subcontractors as necessary for the sale of redeveloped homes as well as purchased, renovated, and sold residential properties throughout south central Pennsylvania.
