Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Responsible for preparing manpower planning and budgeting of the company.
Finalize the annual recruitment plan for the Business Unit
Keeping a track of talent requisition received from various departments
Screening profiles through different sources of recruitments employee referrals and head hunting
Liasing with recruitment consultants according to the Job description given by Department heads from various clients.
Taking initial round of interviews and Coordinating the entire interview process
Training & Development:
Planning and recommending the training calendar for the year.
Coordinate & facilitate employee trainings as per training plan
Detailed Training Need Analysis (Levels & Individual)
Conducted many in-house sessions on Confidence building, Team management, Workplace ethics, Interview taking, Induction etc.
Ensure compliance to all Quality, Food and Environment Management Systems
Payroll & Administration Management:
Ensuring more than 600 peoples attendance on daily basis and Designing payroll support to processing the Salary in accordance with time data.
Handling the leave details of the employees and maintaining the leave applications as well
Responsible for employee joining & relieving formalities.
Ensure completion of Exit Interviews for the employees
Handling joining formalities which includes issuing offer letters and induction program, bank account opening, email and employee no generation etc.,.
Monitoring the administration activities and processing bills for payments.
Employee Relations/Engagement:
Responsible for Employee Engagement Initiatives across organization.
To make sure that as much as possible, workmen queries and problems are addressed there and then. Clear understanding of the importance of timely redressal of grievances. Able to resolve inter & Intra group conflicts.
Employee grievance handling arranging office parties, events & Get Together
Ensuring all welfare facilities to all employees (Permanent workmen and contract lab ours).
Performance Management System:
Self appraisal, Subordinate’s appraisal, Peer appraisal, Superior’s appraisal and maintaining the feedback form and appraisal form with rating.
Initiates the end of year performance review process and collates performance appraisal rating for all employees.
Verifies and ensures performance appraisal forms received back from the concern department Head are filled as per the agreed performance management guidelines.
Ranking method and compensation analysis
Preparation of salary revision /promotion /Transfer letters and distributing the same
Preparing PMS report to Top Level Management
Statutory Compliances:
Liasioning with Govt .Authorities such as Factories Department, Labour Department, ESIC, Provident Fund & Local Bodies.
Follow up with the PF withdrawals and ensuring ESI application & permanent id cards for the new joinees.
Exit Formalities & Full and Final Settlement:
Get to know the reason for Employee’s Resignation
Talk to his Senior/Manager about his issue
On relieving day, conducting an exit interview, get the exit form filled
Issue necessary documents - Relieving Letter/Experience Letter/Salary Slips (if required)
Collecting company’s assets
Calculate his leaves, any deductions for full and final settlement would be made
Issuing Experience Letter/ Relieving Letter if he has fully served notice period
