Located an asset worth $7M and utilized that to provide compelling information for potential investors. Raised $500K to purchase the asset from the Bank of Nova Scotia.

Identified concerns with a working interest partner and convinced shareholders to liquidate company. In addition to profits of $1.5M in a public company’s shares, averted lengthy litigation and significant loss.
