Joined company to evaluate, communicate, and ensure the appropriate direction for exploration programmes in new opportunities. Worked with partners in growing the company’s prosperity.

Located an asset worth $7M and utilized that to provide compelling information for potential investors. Raised $500K to purchase the asset from the Bank of Nova Scotia.

Identified concerns with a working interest partner and convinced shareholders to liquidate company. In addition to profits of $1.5M in a public company’s shares, averted lengthy litigation and significant loss.

Remained as sole officer and company executive to ensure smooth transition. Worked with lawyers and tax experts in winding down the company.
