OBJECTIVES

Responsibilities:-

Overall in-charge for store related activities, Man-management work allocation Inventory control system development, stock verification, Bills certification for Payment to suppliers, packing, Sub contract & finished goods dispatches & Logistics.

Follow up for required materials for Replenishment of stocks for smooth flow of activities including general administration.

Nature of Job:-

1.Receipt of incoming of goods.

2.Offering to QC for inspection/approval/unloading-stacking

3.Preparation of required input receipt documents

(SRV, GRN Through manual/system)

4.Storage and preservation & space management.

5.Stock register/ledger – Maintenance – manual / system.

6.Issue & Control – Receipt correspondent issue control.

7.Inventory control –MSL/ROL- Considering past consumption.

8.Cost control – minimization of misusages.

9.Preparation of stock/consumption statements – Monthly/ Daily.

10.Reconciliation – Regularization.

11.Bills certification for payment to suppliers & Transporters as per P.O.

12.Out sourcing – record control tracking.RGP/NRGP/Debit notes

13.Preparation of nonmoving/ slow moving/ obsolescence reports.

14.Rejection& Replacements control/monitoring.

15.Physical Stock Taking & Replenishment of stocks.

16.Warehouse/Godown management.

17.Dispatches – Subcontracts, Finished goods & Stock transfers.

18.Monitoring statutory aspects>Excise, Cenvat, Weights &Measures,

19.Monitoring Shelf life/Fifo/Lifo

20.Audits –such as internal/ISO/Statutory.

21.Identifying scrap and tacking early actions for disposal.

22.Coordination with all the concerned Departments.

23.Integrated approach towards the organizational goals.

24.Attending- daily production review meetings- to assess the progress.

1)Worked in M/s UI Pipe fittings pvt ltd as Manager stores

The well known Mfrs of Pipe fittings of all standards and its related products From June 2016 to Jan 2017

2) Worked in M/s. Sri Venkataramana Engg Works-Pashamylaram

as Stores in- charge for the purpose of execution of contracts.

From 20.10.2011 to 28.03.2015

3) Worked as Manager/Head Stores related activities for 5 units -apart from various sites/projects

M/s Thermal Systems (Hyderabad) Pvt. Ltd. Jeedimetla-Hyderabad

The Designers & Mfrs of Waste Heat Recovery systems such as Waste Heat Boilers, Steam drums, Economizers, Evaporators, Super heaters and its Spare parts with all standards.
