Recruiting

Create employment ads, use available sources ie; referrals, agencies, pc recruiter, internet

Onboarding

Interview, prepare offer, pre-employment screening (drug/background/mvr), new hire

orientation, process all paperwork and set up in system, maintain personnel files utilizing viewpoint database

Work closely with Project Managers for all reporting and tracking of profitability of jobs.

Work closely with customers to fulfill job requirements. Assist General Manager with forecasting, preparing and finalizing yearly budget.

Accounting

Data entry of invoicing and billing. Process accounts payable to include routing, approving and processing invoices into document management and accounting software.

Maintain accounts receivables, work with customers and Project Managers to collect and resolve any issues. Set up jobs in software program, make job files.

Maintain company owned equipment to include internally charging jobs for use of equipment, external billing of rented equipment, and track and charge for yard/warehouse storage. Monitor and reconcile company credit cards monthly.

Payroll

Process payroll for 175 employees weekly. Track PTO time for employees to ensure proper usage.

Work with corporate payroll to process all payroll deductions.

Track time and submit hours for temporary employees. Process all cash expenses, per diem for reimbursement.
