I am currently working at IBM as a secondary controls account focal where my primary

duties are to oversee monthly projects. During these projects, I must bring together several different teams to provide a finished deliverable for specific IBM customers. I earned my BA in English and Media Studies from Loras College, where I had not only an invaluable time learning academically, but also through the extra curricular activities that built skill sets, and helped me become the hardworking professional I am today. SECONDARY CONTROL ACCOUNT FOCAL, IBM, DUBUQUE, IA 2014 - PRESENT I oversee monthly projects to manage the secondary controls of health checking and patching of customer server environments. Via these projects, I manage the communication and workflow between several different teams, bringing together a finished product for the customer. Other responsibilities include identifying areas of risk to keep accounts audit compliant, responding to audit requests, and managing records to ensure all patching and compliance risks are remediated and worked to completion. TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST, IBM, DUBUQUE, IA 2013-2014 I work in a pooled environment supporting secondary controls on 150+ accounts. We provide secondary control scans on server compliance and patch scans, as well as provide an analysis of the results.

COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE, LORAS COLLEGE ACTIVITIES BOARD, DUBUQUE, IA 2011-2013 Oversee communication for the Loras College Activities Board (CAB). I do this through a variety of media including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ as well as non-digital communication such as display boards. I also work in conjunction with the graphic designer to create posters for events.

NEW MEDIA INTERN, DUBUQUE FIGHTING SAINTS, DUBUQUE, IA 2011-2012 I am responsible for managing the team’s Facebook and Twitter accounts, as well as writing post-game recaps for the team website that doubles as a local media press release. I am also responsible for conducting pre and post-game interviews with coaches and players that gets posted to our social media platforms, as well as by our radio broadcasts. Education
