My role as a Technical Clerk at Mimmo s Resturant has enabled me to manage a department of 10 employees (Waitress) on a full time basis day and night. I have improved my telephone and communication skills whilst working at Mimmo’s, also working with customers has improved my self-confidence and administrative duties have increased my business skills.

Interests

In my spare time I enjoy travelling and playing sports. I recently returned to playing netball, working hard in training sessions and my dedication has given me a great sense of achievement and improved my discipline. Playing netball has also taught me the importance of working together as a winning team to achieve the same goals.

After a successful five years at Mimmo s one of the largest Restaurant in Witbank, I decided to use my varied skill set to test myself in a new environment and position. I am keen to progress and develop my career.
