Objective

I would like to get back to work for a good company that I can help in all ways with my knowledge and abilities. Operation of HAAS CNC OE Mills, HAAS Super Mini Mill, Blanchard 11A NC Surface Mill, Blanchard 11M Manual Surface Mill, ADT CNC Saw, Strasbaugh programmable Edger, Dama Rounder, Alliant/Bridgeport End Mills, ID/OD Saw, Horizontal Band Saw, KO LEE Programmable Saw. Covel Saw and Covel Gang Saw and Bevel Generator, Baron-Blakeslee Vapor degreasing using Ensolve.

(These were all used to fabricate various types of glass Optics.) Optics preparation for machining. Operation of HEIAN 431 CNC 4-Head Mill and HEIAN 432 CNC 4- Head(w/4 piggy back head) Dual Table Mills. Operation and Maintenance of Pistorius and Lesnick V-Nailer's. Various Table and Upright Sanders. Various Tool sharpening Lathes for Carbide tools. Edge Slot cutting tables and Router use.(These were used to fabricate custom Hard Woods and MDF Custom Picture Frames and custom boxes.) All CNC Mills had Fanuc Controllers and worked with G-Code programming. Have edited some programs and have also modified existing programs to meet needs. Have drawn special applications of tooling and then worked with suppliers to have tooling made. Also ordered supplies needed to keep prep area in operation. Created and kept Yield Charts to track daily production. Can use all types on measuring devices including all types of Micrometers, Calipers, Dial indicators, Depth Gauges, Millimess Gauges, Gage Blocks, and Micro-Vues. Have some welding experience in various metals as well as fabrication and electrical work. I can work off blueprints and drawings in inches or millimeters and can convert accordingly. I have held Lead positions on all shifts. Competent in all varieties of hand tools needed to complete job. Math skills are good. I have worked with G Code and M Code programming. I have some programing skills and can modify exsisting programs.
