•Project Budget: $ 2,000,000.00 Employees Managed: 32 Responsible for building project plan which includes (EMR HL7 ADT, Charge, and Orders and Results for all EMR Physicians. Responsible for discovery, workflows, processes, coordinating all developers, network teams, content build, proof of concept (POC), test environment, modification, production environment, and training. This also includes ENVI IOS medical supplies inventory control systems.
Project Manager for migrating all Allscripts EMR interfaces to Epic EMR Interfaces
•Project Budget: $ 300,000.00 Employees Managed: 20 Responsible for building project plans which includes (EMR HL7 ADT, Billing/Charges, and Orders/Results for all EMR Physicians dataset.
