Supervises the administration and operational procedures of a Joint Service Military Entrance Processing Station. Directly supervises and manages 11 employees responsible for processing and shipping applicants to nine training centers nationwide. Maintains accountability for over 12,000 applicant files containing medical, aptitude testing, and contractual documents. Controls expendable and non-expendable supplies an excess of $175,000. Performs customer service with the service liaisons and recruiters for six service branches. Manages the processing of over 6,000 applicants annually for enlistment into the United States Armed forces. Verified time and attendance for 11 personnel.
