At SCA, wrote the mold setter and process technician training manual, and created a mold to press parameter setting database.

At Weidplas, increased overall productivity and quality by 22% by implementing Training, and 5S programs designed to increase performance levels by following lean manufacturing principles.

At Weidplas, routinely planned mold change schedule, which increased shift OEE from an average of 67% to an average of 83% and helped the company to break an internal record of over 500,000 parts shipped in a year.

At Weidplas, created scrap a reduction plan that was implemented and standardized, allowing scrap to be reduced from 5% to 2.9% and increase overall company profit margin.

On at least two occasions at SCA, saved the company approximately $253,000 by resolving production scheduling errors, and making the necessary notifications and production changes.
