Senior Vice President Operations (2010 2016)

Led the operational due diligence and integration pieces for the 2016 $70m merger, managing

multiple and time-sensitive deadlines and integrating the executive team and board of directors.

Integrated operations and guided strategic relationships through complex technology and service

transitions while continuing to advance innovational enhancements.

Planned, directed and coordinated the credit union s marketing, business development, corporate
