Incentive scheme design projects include senior management scheme design for one of South Africa’s leading black-owned professional firms.
Pay policy design was done for a global FMCG company, a FTSE 100 financial company and a leading global automotive company.
Performance management design was done for a South African Government department.
Salary scale design was done for a leading telecommunications firm on the African continent.
Internal and equity salary comparisons and recommendations made to various clients, including major global banks in both the retail and corporate space.
Achieved budget of R12 million in 2014 (20% growth). This was achieved by growing decision tree (SA based job evaluation system), increasing participation in salary surveys, and selling assessment and development tools including employee engagement surveys.
Managed biggest survey project ever run by SA office. More than 900 staff participated in survey with more than 15,000 individual raters.
