Facility included frame 6 Gas Turbine Generators, Frame 5 Gas Turbine Injection Compressors, Crude Oil Separation and Stabilization, Vapor Recovery Compressors and Scrubbers as well as utility and support systems. Remote Island, Arctic frontier location required large scale modular design execution along with significant stick – built portion. Responsible for all Crane and Rigging activities including Critical lift Plan preparation, Rigger training, and daily site inspections. Over 500 Brown Field critical lifts were planned and executed without incident.

EPC services for a $5 billion, 45,000 TPD gold/silver/copper mine and process facilities involved high-altitude work building transport for gold-, silver- and copper-laden ore from Chile to Argentina, mostly underground. This project is considered one of the harshest working environments ever attempted for a construction project, temperatures in the winter reach -40C and wind speeds of 309k have been recorded at the top of the mountain. Responsible for all onsite crane activities lift plan preparation and approval, scheduling of cranes and riggers and heavy equipment inspections.

Responsible for 154 indirect riggers receiving and loading plant material to the erection sites. 1800 pieces of equipment, 24000 linear foot of pipe, and over 25,000 ton of structural steel was received. Managed the crane operator/rigger training and qualifications, also provided fundamental oversight to (50) crane operators. Planned cranes, manpower, and equipment to support the 600,000 barrel per day expansion, making it the largest refinery in the United States and one of the top 10 in the world.
