Job Summary: -

Worked in PPI (Prep & DM) banking process at Barclays Shared Services, Which is an UK based bank. This is purely a customer relationship process to make fair decisions to resolve issues escalated by them

Making decisions to refund insurance amount to customers which are added with the loans without customer awareness.

Log or register the complaints by viewing customers application

After logging complaint have to take decision

Handling escalation work with more patience and politeness

Treating the customer fairly and same time have to follow company policy

Taking decision is very critical sections, (in-case if wrong decision is made which is favor to customer then customer will get bank money and bank will face loss)

(Same time if wrong decision is made which is favor to bank then bank will get revenue but same time bank will get bad name)
