JOB DESCRIPTION:

Process payroll on a Semi-Monthly basis.

System analyst regarding payroll program. Helps the programmer creating module, data entry of our payroll system

Encode data such as deductions, salary adjustments and ensure that the proper data were encoded.

Coordinate with HR Department the total number of employees for payroll and for hold.

Summarize payroll reports for proper booking in the Accounts Payable Section and generate Bank Reports for on-line in the bank.

Process Monthly Government Remittances such as Withholding Tax, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-ibig and generate Monthly Reports for payment in the bank and proper posting in Government Offices.

Annualize Government Remittances and processing of Employees Benefits such as 13th month pay and incentives.

Compute Last Pay/ Quit Claim of resigned employees monthly.

Handling employee concerns regarding compensation and benefits and fleet management

Verifying cases endorsed by operations to HR and handling disciplinary conferences

Liaises/visits to Government Offices (SSS, BIR, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth) to process employees and Company documents such as loans, benefits, claims and submission of reports.

Process the SSS Maternity and Sickness Notification and computes the Reimbursement.

Monitor the submission of pre-employment requirements of all newly hired personnel.

Prepares and up-dates 201 files. Sees to the preparation and renewal of ID’s.
