Environmental, Health, Safety & DOT Compliance Coordinator

Provides oversight and coordination of a pipeline area’s regulatory compliance activities and serves as a liaison between Pipeline Compliance, Health and Safety, Environmental and Operations Training departments on behalf of the operational area.

Completed short-term contracts for several Independent Oilfield Companies in Texas and Louisiana including: Greystar, Master Tech, Bluewater Constructors Inc., and Sprint Pipeline.

Managed the operating budget. In 1995, the operating budget was $500,000; it progressively grew to the 2003 annual operating budget of $8 million, which serviced 13 counties with 350 employees.
