Controlling the contract in terms of deviations at execution stage; issuing Non-compliance Report to contractors, reviewing the material sources available locally. Checking finished activities on daily basis and conducting technical audits at site; inspecting and monitoring the activities for maintaining the required quality norms; verifying materials quality received at site.

To lead business development of Infrastructure Projects & Heading planning & monitoring of all Infrastructure Projects specially Highways & Bridges across the country. Heading the Infrastructure Projects and closely monitored the activities for Infrastructure projects at all India level in India. This includes all Roads/ Highway Projects, Bridges, Flyover Projects, Building Projects from various states in India.

Construction of NHAI & other state Governments Road/ Highway projects. Policy decision of new upcoming projects & monitoring current ongoing projects from Head office. August’ 13 – January 2016 with M/s VALECHA ENGINEERING LIMITED, Mumbai as President - Transportation

Project Handled:

Spearheaded the Infrastructure Projects and closely monitored the activities for Infrastructure projects at all India level in India. Monitoring all Highways Projects, Bridges, Flyover Projects, and Tunnel Projects & Irrigation projects from Assam, Arunachal, UP, MP, J&K, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi regions.

Heading all multi storied Building Projects from South Mumbai, Thane and Pune Region. Total more than 30 Towers from G+30 storied projects. Clients were EVEREST BUILDER, ROHAN BUILDERS, ACME HOUSING, TATA HOUSING, NEELKANTH BUILDER, KUMAR BUILDERS, and PARANJAPE BUILDER ETC.

During above tenure I have monitored following Multi Storied Building Projects from South Mumbai, Thane, Pune region

1. 2 Towers of G+37 for Rohan Developers at Lower Parel, Mumbai. 2. 8 Towers of G+17 to 22 storied for REHAB building for Tata Housing Development Corporation at Mulund.

3. 2 Towers of G+27 for Neelkanth Builders at Manpada, Thane 4. 2 Towers of G+17 for Kumar Builders at Pune.

5. 4 Towers of G+27 for Paranjape Builders at Hinjewadi Pune. Specially Malaysian MIVAN Technology for shuttering to achieve 9 -10 days cycle for per floor slab. Resulting 3 floor slabs per month.

Monitoring one Highway Project of 45 Kilometre from Pune to Jejuri in Maharashtra on Built, Operate & Transfer Basis costing more than 400 Corers. This was tendered by me during 2010. Policy decision of new upcoming projects & monitoring tendering and execution team. Jun’ 10 – May’ 12 with M/s Spencon International Services Ltd., Uganda - East Africa as Director Contracts

Played a stellar role in monitoring a number of Infrastructure Projects in all part/ states of India. Demonstrated excellence in the construction of Mumbra Bypass on N. H. 4 in Thane District and construction of Flyover and Grade Separator along with five underpasses. ROB at Mumbra. Total Project Cost: Rs. 229.00 Crores.

Pivotal in the construction of:

o NH-6 from Nagpur to Kondhali consists of 14 minor bridges, 4 underpasses, 1 flyover & two lanes to four lanes of 42 km N.H.6. Project cost was Rs. 227 Crores. o Special Economical Zone at Dahej near Bharuch for GIDC. Project cost was Rs. 148 Crores.

o Executed 4 Towers of G+14 storied Buildings at Shilphata, Mumbra. o CC Road at Baner Balewadi for Pune Municipal Corporation. Project Cost 62 Crores. o Monitoring all N.H.A.I. Projects at Utter Pradesh, Orissa, Gujarat etc. Apr’ 05 – May’ 06 with M/s Unity Infraprojects Limited, Mumbai as General Manager Projects Project Handled:

Played a stellar role in monitoring number of Infrastructure Projects. Managed the construction of PQC Road/Concrete Road Network Strengthening Jogeshawari Vikharoli Link Road Section II for MMRDA in Mumbai.

Proactively involved in Tendering & monitoring number of Infrastructure Projects which would involve: o Tendering for four lanes of Pune Solapur Road from km 14.00 to km 40.00, 26 km costing of 72 Crores on BOT Basis for National Highway Division, Pune. o Construction of High Level Bridge on River Pingalai, for PWD Maharashtra at Amaravati on Nagpurb Edalabad Road on N H 6 on BOT basis.

o Ensuring the strengthening, widening, rehabilitation of 101 Km of Road on Katni-Damoh Road, for Madhya Pradesh Rajya Setu Nigam Ltd., M. P. Nagar, and Bhopal on BOT basis. o Managing the construction of MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) Plant for Kolhapur Municipal Corporation.

Conducted regular follow up for various activities involved in the construction of the ROB at Kurukshetra, Haryana for PWD Haryana which involved 20 spans of 20 m length and PSC BOX Girder of 70 m length and solid ramp of 200 m.

Sep’ 84 – Jan’ 01 with M/s Jog Engineering Limited, Pune/ Mumbai as Project Manager Civil Projects Handled:

Handled the construction assignments for:

o ANDHERI Flyover covering three junctions & three subways on Western Express Highway, Mumbai

o Flyover at Kalanagar, Bandra East AND Flyover at Teen Hath Naka Thane AND High level Bridge across Kalwa Creek on Thane – Belapur Road for Thane Municipal Corporation through PWD Government of Maharashtra, length of bridge - 223.94 M having 5 pre stressed spans of 42.665 M length & one R.C.C. span of 13.10 M in length. Mass Housing Project of CIDCO Ltd. at Nerul, New Bombay - 145 tenements, G+3 buildings.

o

o All Infrastructure works like roads, sanitary network, water pipeline network for entire building projects.

o 1200 MM, 1800 MM, 2500 MM, and 3000 MM diameter MS Pipeline from Eastern Express Highway to Bhandup Complex near Saddle Tunnel for Municipal Corporation of Greater Bombay.

o Pipe of 7500 M long along with related civil works, which includes 1500 M pipe laying over two bridges on river Kolar and river Kanhan near Pench Hydro Power Station. o Water Treatment Plant at Nashik & Khadakwasla Project at Sansar near Baramati. o Pipeline over Kasheli Bridge @ 1500 meter length over roller support along with the Tendering for Four Lane of Pune Solapur.

Played a stellar role in the planning & execution of pre stressed RCC Bridge across River Kollar at Khaperkheda, Nagpur through B.H.E.L. for M.S.E.B.
