Clients were EVEREST BUILDER, ROHAN BUILDERS, ACME HOUSING, TATA HOUSING, NEELKANTH BUILDER, KUMAR BUILDERS, and PARANJAPE BUILDER ETC.
During above tenure I have monitored following Multi Storied Building Projects from South Mumbai, Thane, Pune region
1. 2 Towers of G+37 for Rohan Developers at Lower Parel, Mumbai. 2. 8 Towers of G+17 to 22 storied for REHAB building for Tata Housing Development Corporation at Mulund.
3. 2 Towers of G+27 for Neelkanth Builders at Manpada, Thane 4. 2 Towers of G+17 for Kumar Builders at Pune.
5. 4 Towers of G+27 for Paranjape Builders at Hinjewadi Pune. Specially Malaysian MIVAN Technology for shuttering to achieve 9 -10 days cycle for per floor slab. Resulting 3 floor slabs per month.
Monitoring one Highway Project of 45 Kilometre from Pune to Jejuri in Maharashtra on Built, Operate & Transfer Basis costing more than 400 Corers. This was tendered by me during 2010. H. 4 in Thane District and construction of Flyover and Grade Separator along with five underpasses. ROB at Mumbra. Total Project Cost: Rs. 229.00 Crores.
Pivotal in the construction of:
o NH-6 from Nagpur to Kondhali consists of 14 minor bridges, 4 underpasses, 1 flyover & two lanes to four lanes of 42 km N.H.6. Project cost was Rs. 227 Crores. o Special Economical Zone at Dahej near Bharuch for GIDC. Project cost was Rs. 148 Crores.
o Executed 4 Towers of G+14 storied Buildings at Shilphata, Mumbra. o CC Road at Baner Balewadi for Pune Municipal Corporation. Project Cost 62 Crores. o Monitoring all N.H.A.I. o Ensuring the strengthening, widening, rehabilitation of 101 Km of Road on Katni-Damoh Road, for Madhya Pradesh Rajya Setu Nigam Ltd., M. P. Nagar, and Bhopal on BOT basis. o Managing the construction of MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) Plant for Kolhapur Municipal Corporation.
Conducted regular follow up for various activities involved in the construction of the ROB at Kurukshetra, Haryana for PWD Haryana which involved 20 spans of 20 m length and PSC BOX Girder of 70 m length and solid ramp of 200 m.

o ANDHERI Flyover covering three junctions & three subways on Western Express Highway, Mumbai
o Flyover at Kalanagar, Bandra East AND Flyover at Teen Hath Naka Thane AND High level Bridge across Kalwa Creek on Thane – Belapur Road for Thane Municipal Corporation through PWD Government of Maharashtra, length of bridge - 223.94 M having 5 pre stressed spans of 42.665 M length & one R.C.C. span of 13.10 M in length. Mass Housing Project of CIDCO Ltd. at Nerul, New Bombay - 145 tenements, G+3 buildings.
