SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

To increase the production rate by introducing hydraulic automated fixture.

DESCRIPTION:

In this project, we have developed new type of automated fixture with aid of hydraulic power to reducing job loading and down time for machining. Finally, we have increased the production rate as 16.6% from actual production rate by using hydraulic automated fixture instead of manual fixture loading. PERSONAL TRAIT:
