Began role as a 14-month rotational project and rapidly promoted to a permanent position charged with full-scale organizational design and development as an HR Project Lead for the 2004, 2006, and 2008 field sales expansions. Designed and managed the entire on-boarding program for management. Facilitated organizational design and execution of Marketing and home office support functions.
