•Provide support in the Acquisitions and Integration of new companies acquired by Cisco to onboard and determine how new services will transact on Cisco paper following our established process, most recently with CLIQr, Neohapsis/Portcullis acquisitions.

•Work closely with relevant stakeholders to support ease of selling initiative at Cisco.

•Advise and assist the Sales teams during SOW/deal negotiation with Customers/Partners and Subcontractors.

•Advise sales teams on company policies and render guidance with a view to achieving best solution for Cisco and Customer.

•Review and approve standard and non-standard Statements of Work (SOWs) and RFX’s for Customers and Subcontractors (back to back SOWs).
