Worked with M/s Palmohan Group of Companies,New Delhi from May 2010 to August 2015 as General Manager-Finance & Accounts. The Group is engaged in the manufacturing of Electronic Energy Meters with a turnover of Rs.300 Crores.
Worked with M/s Advance Group of Companies,New Delhi from Janury 1996 to April 2010 as Vice President-Finance.The Group is the largest manufacturer of Sulphonic Acid in India with a turnover of Rs.800 Crores.

In Indiana Group of Companies, the Three Star Hotel of the Group was running into continuous losses for the last several years before my joining. I personally visited the Hotel after joining and investigated the affairs and detected substantial pilferages, thefts and abnormal leakages of the Hotel’s resources resulting into the losses. After I submitted my Report to the CMD, two key persons of the Hotel were sacked and thereafter the hotel always remained in profits. I also managed this Hotel for two short durations of 2 months each when the General Manager of the Hotel was on long leave for his Haz pilgrimage for two consecutive years.
Crisis Management in Advance Group: Managed a Central Excise Raid across all the Factories of the Company in 1998. All the records seized by the Preventive, had to be released by the Department due to constant pressure for either taking any action or releasing the Records.
Prevented an Income Tax Raid to happen in the Advance Group by pro-active actions by taking preventive measures.
Take Over of a running Granite Mining and Processing Company at Chennai at a very short notice within a record period of 1 month for Indiana Group of Companies.
Managed the Central Sales Tax and Local Sales Tax Registration for a Company in Chennai in a single day as there was urgent requirement for the same for Indiana Group of Companies.
Detected and filed rectification for Refund of Entry Tax amounting to Rs.26 Lakhs, not claimed by Rathi Group during the last 3 years.
