The emphasis on security, worked closely with approximately 250 female inmates to ensure proper medical assessments. All drug administration and evaluations were evaluated based on inmate symptoms of overdose. Treatment and vaccinations administered for effective treatment. Comprehensive education was performed with medication, education, and signs and symptoms of side effects. Communicated emergencies to medical physicians, as well as informing Parkland Medical Center of incoming inmates unable to be serviced in the jail. All notable communicable diseases progressions were informed to the in-house physicians as well as the Dallas County Health Department.
