The objective of the project is to model the total assembly of the car door panel using shell mesh based on the customer requirement.

Project Name: Cross member

The objective of the project is to model the Clutch cover, diaphragm and clutch plate with tetra mesh depending upon the client’s requirements.

Project Name: Bumper cover meshing (GS TRIM PLR) The objective of the project is to model the complete Bumper cover with shell elements and maintaining the quality with the customer requirements.

Project Name: CLUTCH COVER & DISC ASSEMBLY (AE, YP, DN8 ) The objective of the project is to model the car body components like A-pillar, B-pillar, C-pillar and sheet metal inner components, to prepare materials & property and then apply boundary conditions and loading steps

Project Name: IB-C-PILLER, GS-CONSOLE FLOOR ASSEMBLY To extract the mid surface and maintain the mesh as per geometry shape then divides different thickness as per the model shape.

Project Name: Disc wheel, Rim and Control Arms meshing The objective of the project is to model the Disc and the rim part connecting them with the weld in appropriate position for fatigue analysis using Nastran profile. Control arms of upper and lower control arms are meshed with shell elements according to the client quality criteria.

Project Name: Steering wheel (RBI, TE PQ )

The steering wheel consists of armature and Foam. Armature has to be filled up with shell elements, and foam with mixed elements. At the same time shell and mixed should have connectivity. And we maintain quality criteria as per the client requirements.

Project Name: Steering wheel (IB, TE PQ - II )

The mesh was created with thin cylindrical profile by connection techniques used. In these components solid mesh used like tetra then element to element was connection done. PROJECT: (B.E., Degree)
